Marjane Tétouan: over 23,000 electronic shelf labels installed

On 2 July 2026, our team equipped the PGC, home appliances, APLS and pharmacy and personal care departments at Marjane Tétouan with more than 23,000 electronic shelf labels.

On 2 July 2026, the Retail IT Services team installed more than 23,000 electronic shelf labels at the Marjane Tétouan hypermarket. The rollout covered PGC, home appliances, APLS and pharmacy and personal care departments, using equipment from our electronic shelf label range.

A rollout across the hypermarket

From everyday grocery products to home appliances, display needs vary between departments. The aim remains the same: to show prices and useful information close to each product, in a format suited to its location.

This installation illustrates the role of electronic shelf labelling in the daily running of a large store. The photographs show labels on shelf rails, personal care product displays and television stands.

What electronic shelf labels bring to the store

With more than 23,000 labels installed, the value goes beyond replacing paper. The store has a manageable display system to support price changes and promotional campaigns.

  • Centralised updates: teams can manage displayed prices through a shared system, rather than replacing labels individually.
  • Less manual work on the shop floor: fewer printed labels and manual replacements free up time for product availability and customer service.
  • More consistent prices: when connected to the same pricing source as the checkout, electronic displays help reduce differences between shelf prices and prices charged at the till.
  • Easier promotional rollouts: labels can display offers and commercial information when needed, without replacing all the paper signage.
  • Clearer product information: prices, references and useful details can be presented together on a structured display close to the product.

Our team supporting retail stores

The Marjane Tétouan project puts our approach into practice: installing equipment suited to each department and to the needs of store teams. For an electronic shelf labelling project, display formats and mounting options matter alongside the number of labels to be deployed.
