This page explains how Retail IT Services uses information submitted through this website, including contact enquiries, quotation requests and job applications.
Who to contact
This website operates under the name Retail IT Services. For questions about your personal data or to exercise your rights, email support@retailits.ma, stating which form you used and the approximate date of your request.
Information collected
- Contact enquiries and quotations: first and last name or full name, email address, company, phone number, subject and message. Quotation requests may also include your city, estimated quantity, selected product and the originating page.
- Job applications: first and last name, email address, phone number, subject, message and your CV if you choose to attach one.
- Technical information: submission date, originating page, IP address and browser information may be recorded alongside the form to help manage submissions and prevent abuse.
Required fields are indicated on each form. Other information is optional. Please avoid submitting sensitive information or identity documents that are unnecessary for your enquiry.
How the information is used
Contact and quotation details are used to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage subsequent correspondence. Application details are used to review your profile and contact you about recruitment. Technical information supports the operation and security of the forms.
The consent checkbox covers the processing of your request or application. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and recipients
Messages are stored in the website administration area and emailed to Retail IT Services. A CV attached to an application is sent as an email attachment. The information is intended for the people responsible for handling your enquiry or application.
Website hosting and email delivery providers also process the data as part of their technical services.
Retention
Messages and applications may remain stored in the website and Retail IT Services email accounts after submission. Specific retention periods still need to be confirmed by Retail IT Services; this policy does not claim that automatic deletion takes place at a fixed deadline. You may request further information or deletion using the email address above, subject to applicable obligations.
Your rights
Under the conditions set out in Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you may exercise your rights of access and rectification and object to processing on legitimate grounds. You may also contact us to request deletion or withdraw your consent. Identity verification may be necessary to protect your information.
You may contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) about personal data protection.
Website traffic statistics
The website uses WP Statistics to measure visits, page views, approximate geographical origin, and browser and device types. These statistics are stored on the website server and available to authorised people in the WordPress administration area. IP address anonymisation and hashing are enabled. Country information is estimated using a local geolocation database and may be inaccurate or unavailable.
Cookies and external links
The website may use functional cookies, including for navigation language and administration access. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.
Links to LinkedIn and other websites lead to services that apply their own privacy policies.
Hosting and website changes
This version of the website is a test environment. Hosting with Namecheap is planned. The hosting country and information about any overseas data transfers need to be specified before production launch. This page does not constitute a CNDP declaration or authorisation.
